Makeproduct continuous improvement plan8.     Contact with suppliers to getthe latest market development trends and technology9.   Participated in relevant forum to understandthe industrial trends. Requirements:1.   Bachelor degree or above in electronicinformation engineering, communication or related majors;2.   Atleast 5 years of optical communication product planning or research anddevelopment experience, at least 3 years of work experience in the sameposition, with successful cases;3.   Be able to formulate medium and long termplanning of product direction and break it down into practical and feasibleprojects for implementation;4.   Haveextensive research on industry-related products, have market insight, can learnby analogy, actively find and analyze problems, and have the courage toinnovate;5.   Havea deep understanding of broadband communication or data communication accessnetwork, and be familiar with its overall process from requirements toimplementation, release and operation, as well as detailed specifications;6.   Goodat analyzing user needs and guiding product optimization and improvementthrough data analysis;7.   Havecertain project management experience, and be accustomed to using rigorous andscientific overall planning method to ensure the work to be carried out asplanned; 8.   Goodcommunication, organization, coordination, pressure tolerance and teamworkspirit;9.   Goodat English listening, speaking, reading and writing;工作职责:1. 结合公司目标和业务需求，全面策划及统筹数字产品的发展规划，明晰产品定位、目标、策略并落实实施； 2. 对行业及竞争产品进行分析，跟踪最新发展趋势，规划产品路线图； 3. 收集并分析用户需求，与销售合作，明确定义产品规格，撰写产品需求规格书；4. 与研发各部门合作（硬件，软件，固件），推动与确保产品开发进程；5. 与销售/市场部门合作，制定市场推广计划，确保产品推向市场时相应文档齐全，培训到位； 6. 产品 ROI 与成本分析；7. 产品持续改进计划；8. 与供应商接洽，了解最新市场发展与技术；9. 参与业内相关论坛，了解产业发展动态。 任职要求:1.    电子信息工程、通信等相关专业本科及以上学历；2.    5年以上光通讯产品规划或研发经验，3年以上同等职位工作经验，并有成功案例；3.    能制定产品方向的中长期规划，并拆分为切实可行的项目进行实施；4.    对行业相关产品研究广泛，具有市场洞察力，能够触类旁通，积极发现问题、分析问题，勇于创新 ；5.    深刻理解宽带通讯或数据通讯接入网，熟悉其从需求到实现、发布和运营的整体流程，及细节规范；6.    善于分析用户需求，并通过数据分析指导产品的优化和改进；7.    具备一定的项目管理经验，习惯于用严谨科学的统筹方法来保证工作按计划进行；8.    有良好的沟通、组织��协调、抗压能力和团队合作精神；9.    良好的英文听说读写能力；
