项目介绍：业务：个人网银 手机银行（Web&Mobile端）表现好有转正机会会把TL/PM等放广州，开发团队大部分在西安必须要会粤语，工作年限：3年以上Job DescriptionPosition: Lead Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst/ Business Analyst Team name: HASE RBWM Digital and Mobile Team Project/Team Introduction: HASE RBWM Digital and Mobile Team provides technical solutions to deliver and support Hang Seng internet banking applications (including Hang Seng Personal Internet Banking website, Hang Seng Public Website, Hang Seng Personal Banking APP and other bank service APPs) for both Hong Kong and China Mainland Customers. We are now seeking experienced IT professional to join our team. Job Duties: · Connect Product Owner and Cross Functional Team to provide E2E solution for HASE internet banking business· Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost effective manner.· Participate Agile in project delivery· Analyst IT solutions to meet business users’ requirementso Conduct the feasibility study and impact analysiso Participate in estimation and requirement analysiso Consolidate/review the business logic and assist Product Owner to maintain product backlogo Assist project management to manage the business expectationo Communicate with the relevant stake holder regarding resolving technical issues related to delivery of projects· Conduct technical briefing to IT/business parties regarding the project involvement· Participate in production support and incidence/problem management. Candidate Specifications:· Knowledge of selected coding languages and IT frameworks (e.g. Java, JavaScript, AngularJS/Node.js, HTML/H5, micro-service development, RESTful API development, web development, mobile development, cloud, distributed development and etc.). · Familiarity with agile project management skill / methodology is preferred. · Familiarity with following tools is preferred: SpringBoot/SpringCloud, IntelJ, MangoDB, PCF/AWS, Mulesoft Anypoint Studio, Adobe Experience Manager and etc. · Strong communication skills /Language/Analytical and problem solving/Reporting/Multi-tasking, etc.· Experience in relevant internet banking system is preferred. · Analyses complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
