Senior BI Speclist (Supversior)(J11995)

岗位职责:1.Design, code, test and document new or modified BI systems, applications, reports.2.Work closely with business subject matter experts to understand issues and enhancement requests related to BI solutions3.Design, develop and implement Extract, Transformation and Load (ETL) processes, programs and scripts using structured software development method.4.Provide ad-hoc reporting and data analytics services to business stakeholders.5.Manage the project and be able to work with the other BI team members to make sure the project is delivered on schedule, on scope, on budget and on quality.任职要求:1.Typically a technical Bachelor degree or above2.Good written communication skills in English, and communication skills.3.Skills on trouble shooting and problem solving.4.Experience in design, implementation of Data Migration & Integration processes in a high volume, comlex multi-source environment.5.Strong SQL development work experience writing procedure, packages and functions.6.Experience with handling high volume data processing and performance tuning7.Experience with data modelling, data source identification, ability to support a data warehouse maintenance and design8.Experience with BI QA processes9.Quick learner and strong willingness in learning different technologies.10.Able to work independently under a high pressure11.Nice to have: hands-one experience with the Hadoop(e.g. Pig, Hive, Hbase)12.Nice to have: good knowledge of analytical and logical conceptual level programming skills13.Nice to have: With experience on Python and R will be plus14.Nice to have: With background and working experience related to Healthcare, Bio Science and Chemistry will be a plus.
