We’re looking for someone like that tohelp us:- Quickly learn and assess new technologies / tools in the bank and designcreate solution to the opportunities in scope.– analyze business requirements, design and implement pilots and Proof ofconcepts– partner and collaborate with experts and IT teams across the organization todesign and deliver the solution– support the business embedded Software Robot Owners, Robot Operators andRobot Configurators in resolving high-priority defects, deploying fixes toproduction systems and assist in implementing higher complexity, crossfunctional robots– test unit and integration of robots for integration into larger subsystems *Your team : You’ll be working in the Service Delivery Transformation team in Wuxi supporting multiple business units of APAC, building and deploying RPA and Cognitive solutions for Group Operations. The team will also work closely with key stakeholders within the Service Delivery units to assess new technologies to fit automation opportunities available; as well as acting as a coordinator across Group Operations to ensure we design Process Automation Solutions in a strategic manner and being the interface with other Robotic Process Automation support partners such as the Robotics Center of Excellence and Robotics Service Centre. You have: – minimum 7 years of coding experience– the ability to take responsibility and stay focused on objectives with acan-do-attitude– experience applying business analysis techniques, build requirements anddevelop robust solutions– Hands on experience or knowledgeable in at least 3 of the below – RPA platforms - Automation Anywhere, WorkFusion, BluePrism or UiPath– Digital Document Management solutions like Kofax or similar technologies– Data Blending and Predictive Analysis software like Alteryx and visualizationtools like Tableau etc.– Chatbot platforms like Ipsoft, Cortana, Azure LUIS or similar technologies– Machine learning technologies like Knime or similar technologies– Logic algorithms, design patterns, optimizations and reconciliations – Development experience in Python 3, Java, JS, VB Script or .NetYou are:• Possesses excellent understanding of RPA and Cognitive automation• Experienced with logic algorithms, design patterns, optimizations and otherdevelopment approaches• Familiar with Agile methodology and Scrum/Kanban delivery approaches • An excellent communicator who can partner with technical experts as well asoperations users who might not be well versed in IT (you’re comfortable talkingto pros and amateurs)• Reliable when working independently, with sound judgment for when & whereto escalate issues• Excellent team player • Well-versed with automation technologies and technical mind-set
