Big Data Analyst is responsible for understanding Home Credit business and needs and according to standards and best practices for architectural Big Data concepts and technologies, he provides guidance and direction to the various development, user interface and business groups on standards that drive deliverables, quality and performance.Ensure that software systems, components and implemented standards and security needs are architected for user experience, total scalability, flexibility and performance.Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for the collection, storage, processing, and analysis of large amounts of data. Design, develop, implement and maintain Big Data infrastructure that makes this data available and accessible to the entire company to make data driven decisions;Proactively analyze business and technical requirements which can fit in the area of Big Data. Work with stakeholders including the business teams from departments of Risks, Sales, CRM and with other technical teams within IT departments to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data needs;Define and implement data integration and data processing based on customer requirements and system requirements. Design and develop ETL, data processing logic. Perform improvement and optimization;Be the Big Data evangelist, spreading the knowledge and acceptance of proper architecture concepts.Requirements: 1. Practical experience with big data ecosystem (Hadoop, Hive, MapReduce, Spark, Sqoop, Oozie, Storm, and others); 2. Knowledge in data warehouse and data mart architecture, design and implementation. Experience with Oracle is preferred; 3. Practical development skills, e.g. SQL, Python, Shell programming, Java, R, Scala etc; 4. Knowledge in data visualization tools, such as SAS VA; 5. Knowledge in data modeling, data mining and machine learning; 6. Knowledge with UNIX, Linux and Windows environments, Networks, Application servers/Middleware, Database technologies; 7. Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills; 8. Ability to think on an enterprise level, forward looking; 9. Practical working experience from operations or architecture position in finance/banking sector. 10.Technical writing skills and practical presentation skills; 11.
