岗位职责:•Design and support management and evolution of infrastructure on top level, including the main infrastructure resource pools for computing, SAN/NAS storage, WAN/LAN network, backup, middleware and others•Participates in the planning of existing and new datacenters to manage the capacity for the infrastructure requirements•Physical infrastructure standards – Server, Network, Storage, Middleware, and others•Virtualization layer design – VMWare, Kubernetes/Docker, and others•Formulate and support the implementation of cloud usage strategy•Responsible for the standard infrastructure library, defining the standard infrastructure patterns•Key responsibility in the IT infrastructure capacity management, and for ensuring the scalability of implemented infrastructure solutions•Key responsibility in the IT service availability management, defining the standard high availability patterns, in line with the business requirements•Key responsibility in the IT service continuity management, defining the standard disaster recovery patterns, in line with the business requirements•Designs standardized and integrated solutions for infrastructure management related topics, including log management and retention, infrastructure monitoring and others•Acts as a subject matter expert for IT infrastructure, makes technical decisions on the top level, with respect to the individual solutions and applications•Analyses existing systems to ensure they offer adequate security and are effectively meeting the needs of the organization•Recommends alternative technologies or improvements to enhance information systems to support organizational goals•Supervises the infrastructure architects during the design process of detailed solutions, ensuring standards and consistency with the overall strategy•Creates plans for the integration of new systems architecture into existing infrastructure, including logistical plans for the Operations areas to actually conduct the physical integrations, during which the Infrastructure Architect provides technical direction and support.•Participates in evaluating the success of the project, identifying best practices and lessons learned任职要求:•Strong communication and team leadership skills•Excellent problem solving skills creative approach•Proficient in English language, both written and spoken•Ability to lead a team of architects, define and implement standards across the team and organization’s infrastructure•Hands-on experience supporting IT Infrastructure, knowledge of common infrastructure elements – servers, storage, network, middleware, virtualization technologies (VMWare) and containers (Docker/Kubernetes)•Experience designing, integrating and managing complex infrastructure solutions•Ability to propose infrastructure designs for new solutions or consolidating existing solutions into standardized repeatable designs, improving manageability, scalability and efficiency•Project management experience is an advantage•Experience in planning and developing support processes and adhering to best practices•Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences•Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies•Architecture Certification (TOGAF, CITA, EACOE, Certified SOA Architect, etc.) desired•Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) certifications in Windows 2008 or Windows 2012.•Knowledge of Cisco network and technologies, CCNA(P), CCIE, Linux and Unix.•Certifications in the area of IT Security is an advantage
