岗位职责:Key responsibilities:•Acts as a subject matter expert for IT infrastructure, makes technical decisions to improve integration across the platforms and layers of the infrastructure•Analyses existing systems to ensure they offer adequate security and are effectively meeting the needs of the organization•Recommends alternative technologies or improvements to enhance information systems to support organizational goals•Review current architecture and ensure the operation meet SLA.•Technical lead/review in IT Infrastructure related change, incident and problem management.•Technical lead system/infrastructure handover from project to operation •Constant monitoring of relevant IT systems’ performance to ensure efficiency and service level.任职要求:Ideal candidate profile:•Hands-on experience supporting IT Infrastructure, knowledge of common infrastructure elements – servers, storage, network, web servers, proxy servers, monitoring tools, mail servers, FTP servers, etc.•Excellent problem solving skills creative approach•Proficient in English language, both written and spoken•Project management experience•Experience designing, integrating and managing complex infrastructure solutions•Knowledge of client-server networking and database management•Ability to provide technical system solutions, determine overall design direction and provide hardware recommendations for complex technical issues•Experience planning and developing support processes and adhering to best practices•Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences•Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies•Web server and application server administration and web applications deployment experience•Architecture Certification (TOGAF, CITA, EACOE, Certified SOA Architect, etc.) desired•ITIL V3•PMP•Knowledge of Infrastructure technologies/certification e.g. CCNA, MCSE, RHCE, VCP •Certifications in the area of IT Security is an advantage
