Collection Business Analyst 需求分析师

技能要求：黑盒测试需求分析功能测试SQL 工作职责：1.Monitor collection process；2.Follow requested changes in collection processes and business requests；3.Design and prepare related tests；4.Test all necessary steps confirming correctness of collection process；5.Report possible improvements/ share ideas；6.Monitor related tests and correctly report findings (bugs and possible changes)；7.Monitor new Collection process；8.Analyze and suggest improvements for Collection process；9.Keep tracking all changes；10.Design and test all Collection processes into new Collection system – Loxon/Astah with related parts like MUCH, Genesys, Homer.任职资格：1.Native Chinese, fluent in English (oral and written) ；2.Practical experience with Process Management is required；3.SQL language is advantage.；4,Flexible and business target oriented ；5.Logical and creative thinking ；6.Advanced in using MS Office, especially MS Excel ;7.Able to create workflows and description of business and IT conditions .员工福利：1.
